Simone Pérèle
“This was Simone Pérèle’s vision when she opened her lingerie atelier in Paris in 1948. Trained as a corset maker, Simone Pérèle was ready to break free from tradition and forge a new path. Her mission: to design lingerie that allows a woman to be herself, embraces her natural shape, and inspires her sense of confidence and her love of beauty. Simone Pérèle created a new era of lingerie.
Now 75 years later, the company is led by Simone Pérèle’s grandchildren, Stephanie Pérèle and Mathieu Grodner, in Paris. Its history and legacy adds a tremendous richness and depth to the creative process. Designers often return to the archives as a tribute and loyalty to Simone Pérèle’s original inspirations, while being bold, creative and visionary, as its founder always was.”
