ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By voluntarily and knowingly attending SwimShow, you are aware of and acknowledge the risks from COVID-19.

WAIVER AND RELEASE
By voluntarily and knowingly attending SwimShow, you are forever releasing and waiving your right to bring suit against the Swimwear Association of Florida and/or other representatives in connection with any potential exposure, infection, and/or spread of COVID-19. You also give up all rights to bring any claims, actions, lawsuits, demands for damages and/or losses in relation to COVID-19.
